Uses of aluminum circles
Aluminum circles are one of the deep-processed products of aluminum alloy plates and strips with a large amount. It can be widely used in electronics, daily chemicals, medicine, electrical appliances, heat preservation, machinery manufacturing, automobiles, aerospace, military industry, molds, construction, printing and other industries, such as kitchen utensils such as non-stick pans, pressure cookers, etc., and hardware products such as lampshades, water heater shells, stretched tanks, etc.

Technical characteristics of the production line:
1. It is fully automatic with numerical control. This production line starts from the unwinding of the coil until the entire material is blanked. There is no need for manual contact with any materials and no adjustments. This fundamentally eliminates the production safety hazards of ordinary punching and hidden dangers of product quality.
2. This line can directly use the coil material to produce circles, without the need for slitting and cross-cutting of the coil material, which reduces the production process, reduces the production cost, and reduces the possibility of damaging the surface of the coil. The disc is guaranteed to be free of oil and scratches.
3. This line makes full use of the width of the coil, and adopts high-precision servo motor drive system control to minimize the distance between the discs and the distance from the disc to the material edge, radically reduce the amount of waste, and make the raw material utilization rate reach 80% the above.
4. The production speed can reach 40-55 pieces per minute, which improves the production efficiency.

6. Advanced uncoiling system, six-fold leveling machine, high rigidity mechanical press, and automatic palletizing system ensure the high quality of circle products.
